Dillett Mechanical has been in business over 20 years. Mike Dillett founded Dillett Mechanical in 1996, having over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC Mike realized that most industrial and commercial businesses want to reduce their dependency on outside contractors.
As a business owner, you want your own in-house people to handle as much of the repair and maintenance as possible. When partnering with Dillett Mechanical your people are brought into the loop as the service calls are responded to and shown what is being done to fix the problem and what to do to prevent it in the future. We then work with you to customize a preventive maintenance plan that best suits your facility. You are given all the options. Your people can be trained by our service technicians and then the plan can be adjusted appropriately as your people assume more of the service and maintenance responsibilities. This eventually leads to substantial savings for our clients.
